Little Stories, Big Ideas is a flash fiction competition for Australian Secondary School Students. The competition runs four times per year, and is free to enter. Each quarterly competition will have a theme.

In line with the two age categories, participants must be in Years 7 to 9 or Years 10 to 12 in an Australian secondary school.
Entries must be 100 words or less, and incorporate the current theme. Any literary style is welcome – short-story form, poem, haiku, limerick, song – but entries must be in English.
We’d love to share your opportunities, so if you have a scholarship, grant, award, competition, or other source of ‘free’ money for students please tell us about it.
