The careers team at Belgrave Heights Christian School ran a hugely successful Ready to Work Program with their Year 9’s over 3 days. They introduced several of their own innovative activities and materials with the SWG program and resources, along with other guest speakers and workshops. They even implemented the SWG lanyard suggestion designed to simulate an item of uniform or equipment that students are required to bring each day to help them get in to their work ready mindset.
